ORANGE
We were invited to think about the mobile phone experience. Phone companies were relying on offering the latest handsets and constantly cutting prices to hold onto and attract customers, this is a business model that has to change.
 
 
 
Unscripted
We came up with the idea of ‘Unscripted’.
This would be a brave move by Orange, it
would rely on customers providing the content
and taking ownership of the brand. Which in
turn would give them a feeling of control and
loyalty towards the brand.
